The COYA Abu Dhabi Summer Brunch
COYA Abu Dhabi will continue its colourful, vibrant and much-loved Summer Brunch throughout August. Treating guests to unforgettable Saturday afternoons filled with Peruvian specialties, free-flowing cocktails, and amazing live entertainment, all set against stunning views of Abu Dhabi’s city skyline, the unmissable celebration is the ultimate way of maximising the summer season.
Guests are encouraged to dine within the elegant ambiance of the beautiful dining room, or on the waterfront air-conditioned terrace, and relish every moment of their journey through the culinary culture of Peru.
Reminiscent of the traditional bars of Lima, the Pisco Bar provides the perfect starting point for the one-of-a-kind brunch experience. Guests are greeted with tantalising Peruvian-inspired canapés and welcome drinks, whilst COYA’s talented singer Andea and COYA MUSIC DJ Dani Zavera elevate the upbeat atmosphere with their enthralling live music.
The feast then begins with a bowl of aromatic soup and a serving of COYA’s signature creamy guacamole. This is followed by a curated selection of Peruvian appetisers, including fresh sashimi, maki rolls, and other COYA favourites. The satisfying and flavourful main course then offers guests a choice of succulent grilled corn-fed baby chicken or fresh lobster iron pot. All made with premium quality ingredients and exceptional skill, each delectable main course is served with a side of delicious grilled corn.
Ensuring that every brunch ends on a sweet note, the show-stopping COYA dessert platter then presents a delectable array of decadent chocolate lollipops, rich and creamy milk cakes and many more indulgent sweet specialties.
The Summer Brunch is made even more fun and memorable with a specially curated array of brunch cocktails, all skilfully prepared and served by the expert mixologists and bartenders. Designed to keep guests feeling refreshed and energised throughout the afternoon, the uplifting Solar Spritz adds a Peruvian twist to the classic Italian specialty, the Margarita Amarilla elevates the iconic Mexican Margarita, while the Mora Tonic, Chakana and COYA’s renowned Chilcano and Pisco Sours provide further enticing options. Those who want to make the occasion even more memorable can also treat themselves to some premium sparkling Champagne, available for a special price exclusively for brunch guests.
A welcoming and family-friendly affair, the COYA Abu Dhabi Summer Brunch features a dedicated children’s menu. Filled with tasty Peruvian delicacies that have been carefully tailored to suit younger guests, every family member is sure to have the time of their lives.
The new COYA Abu Dhabi Summer Brunch takes place every Saturday from 12.30pm to 5pm (food last order 4.30pm). Packages start from AED 398 for soft drinks, AED 548 for house beverages and AED 180 for children aged four to 12.

Azucar live music nights – new cocktails
Cubache, the Cuban five-piece band, will continue to bring joy to COYA Abu Dhabi throughout August.
As the group raises the roof of the Pisco Bar with their infectious and uplifting tunes, guests are encouraged to relax and savour an array of COYA’s legendary cocktails and premium Latin American beverages, including a brand-new and exclusive Azucar cocktail menu.
Crafted with artistry and precision, these innovative concoctions are set to elevate the cocktail experience and tantalize the taste buds of discerning patrons.
Standout additions to the new cocktail menu include Luna Roja, a mesmerising fusion of Chicha Morada Pisco, fake lime, and raspberry lemonade; Higo Tonico, a captivating blend of prickly pear Pisco, elderflower, and cucumber tonic; Sol Sagrado, a taste of paradise featuring Maracuya Pisco, passionfruit, fresh mint, and soda water, and El Destino with baked pineapple spiced rum, ají mirasol, and ginger beer, all available for AED 50.
Presenting a hypnotic fusion of Latin and Afro rhythms, influenced by Spanish, French and Afro Cuban cultures, every guest will find it impossible not to fall in love with Cubache’s theatrical and upbeat sound.
While the award-winning bartenders of the Pisco Bar expertly prepare COYA’s signature creations, the experienced chefs will be on hand to whip up an array of Peruvian-inspired bar bites for anyone who feels a little peckish.
